Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour Blend (Gluten free wheat starch (meets the FDA requirements for gluten free starch), Corn starch, Buckwheat flour, Rice starch, Soy flour, psyllium seed fiber, guar) Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate.
The Gluten Free Flour Blend has been tested at under 5ppm. -
